one non-people related thing i will be sad to leave behind in LA is the sheer amount of delicious taiwanese food and drink places in the SGV.
i want to take enormous hits of these foods, inhaling it into the ether of my being, never forgetting the feeling of minced pork on noodles, glutinous rice flavored with tasty fat, pickled vegetables, thick hearty tofu marinated in soy sauce, flavored iced tea drinks, crispy flour rolls of beef and cilantro, everything. just everything.
